How to claim
New subscribers can claim their subscription discount by creating a new account using the email address used for the purchase and adding the device purchased from hellohelium.com. Device validity and promotion qualification will be determined by IMEI.
Existing subscribers can claim their promotion by accessing their account at https://my.hellohelium.com/account and engaging with the support team to initiate a device change. The subscriber will need to provide a valid IMEI from a Google Pixel phone purchased from hellohelium.com to receive the promotion. The promotion will become active at the beginning of their next billing cycle.
Subject to terms of the specific promotion, promotion is valid for 3, 6, or 12 months of Helium Mobile service free of charge, not including taxes and fees. Promotion is not redeemable for actual dollar value of the subscriber plan, regardless of location. A credit card will be collected at the time of account creation. Taxes and fees will be billed to credit card on file throughout the duration of the promotion, and billing for the monthly plan rate of $20 ($5 for subscribers in Pilot City) will begin on the first of the month following the end of the promotional period.

Shipping
All orders from this promotion will require signature on delivery. A member of the household aged 18+ must sign for the release of the package. PO Box addresses will not be permitted.
Helium Mobile is not responsible for lost shipments. In the event of a lost shipment, the customer should file a case with UPS with supporting evidence and documentation. Helium Mobile will reship Pixel devices on a case-by-case basis.
Returns and Warranty
Any returned Google Pixels will convert the associated account to a paid subscription immediately. Hotspot discounts will be deducted from the refund amount.
